HEY THERE, new friend.
I'm a licensed mental health counselor who works with women in midlife who are burned out, overwhelmed, and quietly wondering if it's supposed to feel this hard.
I help women who are great at holding it all together—the ones crying in Target parking lots or lying awake at 3 AM—finally have a space where they get to fall apart a little and figure out what comes next.
Whether you’re feeling numb, anxious, stuck, or just done, this is a space where you don’t have to smile through it or explain it away. You get to show up as you are—and we’ll take it from there.
I’m warm, honest, and straightforward. I take your experiences seriously—but we can laugh too. My style is conversational and real. We talk. We explore. We figure things out together. You don’t have to come in with a clear story or a plan—I’ll help you sort through the mess.
I won’t throw buzzwords at you. I will help you get clear on what’s happening, why it matters, and what might actually help.
I work with smart, caring, often sarcastic women who are great at being the one everyone else leans on—but don’t always know how to ask for help themselves. You don’t have to have a “big” reason to be here. If something feels off—or you just want something to feel better—that’s reason enough.
You don't have to keep doing this alone.

Working on your emotional health impacts everyone around you for the better
let's do this thing
We’ll talk about the real stuff. Mood swings. Those midlife identity shake-ups. That loud inner critic who really needs to get a hobby. And yes — how to actually start feeling like yourself again, whoever that may be now.
