kids are starting back to school…should you start therapy?

Fall is a fantastic time to start something new; kids are heading back to school, new routines are getting established, and perhaps you should start something new as well. If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, now could be the perfect time.

Sometimes it takes a shakeup to our normal rhythms to point out what might be missing. I work with many clients who have made it a long time (sometimes decades) without needing to seek out help for their mental health. For some, it’s the loss of a relationship that makes them finally ready to take a step toward self-discovery. For others, they simply realize that they have held on for too long to something that has happened in their past, and they want to find healing.

Whatever brings you to counseling, I am excited to work with you on what you feel would bring you more healing and freedom in your life. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to hear more about what it’s like to work with me, or to schedule an intake session.
